ELEVATE Coaching & Leadership Academy has a purpose and a mission to not only groom coaches, instead, we elevate the person and coach. Lori Gottileb said, "The more we help others see themselves, the more we see ourselves." This statement remains true. We are dedicated to helping individuals see themselves through our curriculum and preparing them to assist their client in seeing who they are as well.
With over 200 graduates, we are cultivating individuals who are personally, and professionally sound, groomed, and articulate in their field and the the kingdom. We were born to become disciples for Christ, our graduates understand the Love of God, Order of God, Grace of God, and the Discipline of God that's required to lead well.
We take pride in grooming effective coaches and leaders who understand the importance of self awareness and how it impacts our choices, and decisions, including goal setting.

At ELEVATE Coaching and Leadership Academy, our faith based structure and curriculum provides education, expertise, and lived experience combined. We have a purpose and call to help kingdom minded individuals through our 3 G's Framework: Give Understanding, Guide with Clarity, Gather the Good and Take Action. In Deuteronomy, Moses was a guide, he gave clarity, and he helped the children of Israel gather the good of the land. As coaches and leaders we are called to do the same! Whether you are enrolled in our intensive certification program, self paced course, group, or individual coaching, we provide a transformational experience!
